Directions

1. Peel, cut and boil the potatoes in a lightly salted pan of water

2. Mix the pork mince and beef mince well then add the spices and combine.

3. Pre heat your oven to 220 degrees.

4. Ball up with your hands and brush over lightly with the oil. A golf ball is an ideal size.

5. Strain your potatoes. Once dry mash the potatoes adding the butter and then milk until you're happy with the consistency. Season to taste.

6. Bake in the oven on a tray for 15 minutes or until fully cooked

7. Meanwhile make your gravy and add 1 to 2 tablespoons of cream to create that classic Swedish gravy.
